Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
Short, because there is not much here yet. A pre-launch site and a few signup forms.
What these cover
This website, operated by Saverick. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions go to hello@saverick.africa.
What this site is
A pre-launch information site and a set of signup forms. Everything described — products, kits, language packs, dates — describes what we are building, not what you can buy today. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and roadmap dates are targets rather than commitments.
Signing up
Joining a waitlist or volunteering costs nothing, reserves nothing and obliges neither of us. It means we may email you about launch, pilots and the simulator beta. Ask to be removed and we will do it. Please give your own details, not somebody else's.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false details, or details belonging to someone who has not asked you to.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server.
- Do not scrape or bulk-collect content for commercial purposes.
Forms are rate-limited to stay usable for everyone. If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@saverick.africa rather than publishing it — we will credit you.
Our content
The text, design and logo belong to Saverick. You are welcome to quote or link to us, including for journalism, research and education. Please do not reproduce the site wholesale or use the name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Where we open-source parts of Saverick — the SDK, block definitions and kit designs are the intention — those carry their own licences, which will say so clearly.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and plans described here may change as we build. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Zambian law, where Saverick is registered, and the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
